The service

AI I’d Pay is a public board for unmet AI needs. People can publish a need, support a need, suggest an existing solution, or offer to help build one. It is an independently operated personal project, not a marketplace, payment processor, broker, employer, or professional adviser.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful.

Your content is public

Needs, optional budget signals, responses, and optional display names are public. You keep ownership of content you create. You give AI I’d Pay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, format, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, improve, and explain the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies reasonably remain in backups, legal records, or material others have already shared.

You must have the right to post your content. Do not include confidential information, personal data about someone else, trade secrets, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Budgets are signals, not transactions

“I’d pay” amounts express interest only. They are not offers, deposits, escrow, price quotes, guarantees, or commitments by the person posting, AI I’d Pay, or anyone responding. Any later discussion, contract, payment, delivery, tax, or dispute is solely between the people involved.

Responses and third parties

AI I’d Pay does not verify every need, response, product, link, identity, capability, or claim. A listing or response is not an endorsement. Evaluate third-party products and people yourself before sharing information, paying money, installing software, or relying on advice.

The service is not a source of medical, legal, financial, investment, safety-critical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on public content for decisions where error could cause harm.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, do not use AI I’d Pay for illegal activity, deception, harassment, exploitation, spam, malware, credential collection, privacy violations, or attempts to interfere with the service. Do not automate access in a way that degrades the service or evades reasonable limits.

Moderation and service changes

We may review, limit, remove, or preserve content; restrict access; or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law. We are not required to host any submission indefinitely.

The project may change, pause, or end, and features may be added or removed. We will try to make material changes clear, but availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property reports

If you believe public content infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email tewi9140@gmail.com with the page URL, the work or right at issue, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation. False or abusive reports may have consequences under applicable law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, non-infringement, or results. We do not promise that a need will be heard, matched, built, or solved.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or public content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for your use of the service, your content, and your dealings with other people. You agree to reimburse the operator for reasonable losses and costs arising from your unlawful content or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory protections in your place of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, please email tewi9140@gmail.com so there is a chance to resolve it directly.
