Who operates the service

AI I’d Pay is an independently operated personal project. For privacy questions or requests, email tewi9140@gmail.com. In this policy, “AI I’d Pay,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this project.

What we collect

DataHow it is usedVisibility
Needs, optional budget signals, responses, and optional namesTo publish the board, group demand, and connect needs with answersPublic
Optional email addressTo contact you about the need or response you submittedPrivate
Ownership and undo credentialsTo let the same browser manage or remove a submission without an accountStored as one-way hashes on the service; raw credentials stay in your browser
Basic technical and security informationTo deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the servicePrivate

We do not ask for payment card details. An optional budget is only a public signal; AI I’d Pay does not process the amount or hold money.

Data stored on your device

Your browser may keep an unfinished draft, the credentials that identify needs you published, and credentials for responses you can remove. This is needed to provide account-free drafting and control. The Storage & Cookies page lists each item and how to clear it.

Why we use this data

We use data only for the purposes below:

  • to provide the public board and the actions you request;
  • to keep the service reliable, secure, and resistant to misuse;
  • to contact you when you voluntarily provide an email address; and
  • to meet legal obligations and handle disputes or rights requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on performing the service you request, your consent for optional email contact, our legitimate interest in operating a safe public service, and compliance with law. You can withdraw optional email permission at any time.

Who receives data

Public content can be read, indexed, quoted, or linked to by anyone, including search engines and AI systems. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

Private data is disclosed only to service providers that help host, store, secure, or maintain AI I’d Pay; when you ask us to; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. The service currently uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure where applicable. Their systems may process technical data in countries other than yours under their own safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the product currently contains no advertising or behavioral analytics.

How long we keep it

  • Public needs and responses remain until they are removed, no longer serve the board, or must be removed.
  • Optional email addresses remain with the related submission until removed or no longer needed for updates.
  • Browser storage remains until the relevant action clears it or you clear site data.
  • Security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, and legal obligations.

Deleted data may remain briefly in encrypted backups or provider logs before normal rotation completes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, to object to certain uses, withdraw consent, and complain to a privacy authority. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.

If the original browser still holds the ownership credential, open your need page to remove the need or its private email. For any submission—or if that credential is unavailable—email tewi9140@gmail.com. Include the page URL and describe the request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the submission is yours.

California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correction, or deletion. There is no need for a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out because AI I’d Pay does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Age, security, and changes

AI I’d Pay is for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including hashed control credentials and limited collection. No online service can promise absolute security.

We will update this policy when the product or its data practices materially change. The date above shows the current version.
